If you ordered the wrong product, we can exchange it as long as it is safely returned to us unopened and unused within 7 working days. We do kindly ask that you pay for the return postage and packaging.  Please contact support and request an RMA Form and Number to ensure a faster turn-around.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 14 days to contact us and make efforts to return the item for an exchange or full refund. Unfortunately, due to health and safety, we are unable to accept returns of opened bottles of e-liquid.
