Returns Policy:

With any product purchased from NOT BLOWING SMOKE LTD, you have up to 14 days to return any unwanted products providing they are unopened, undamaged and unused as provided in our terms of sale. All unwanted products are to be returned via the method purchased meaning store sales returned to store with a valid receipt of purchase & online purchases to be returned via our free return service which can be found here.

We do not provide returns on opened bottles of liquid unless under very specific circumstances. this is choice is made at the manager’s discretion.

Faulty items are subject to our warranty terms (please see below)

Warranty Terms:

Hardware: All of our hardware is covered under a strict 3-month warranty in which any product which is affected by manufacturer defects or is not working correctly will be swapped or refunded immediately. These swaps are like for like and will be for the same product or something of similar value. You can pay the extra to upgrade to a more expensive product providing the warranty covers the issue. Any device that has been damaged or shows clear signs of damage will not be covered by the warranty.

Any device outside of the 3-month warranty can be brought back us for assistance and if needed, we can assist in the returns process to the manufacturer (postage costs not covered).

E-Liquids:

E-Liquid bottles cannot be returned if opened or the security ring is cracked due to health and safety reasons, however, you can return unwanted e-liquids with a valid receipt of purchase within 14 days of purchase and can be redeemed off the value of any other E-Liquid in store.
